Meet Our Friendly Staff
Diane Townsend, Executive Director
Diane has been the Executive Director since 2008. She joined us from the Maine State Housing Authority. Diane is dedicated to providing community assistance for affordable housing.
Greg Wilson, Contracting Officer
Greg has been with the WHA since 2005. Greg brings a great deal of mechanics and maintenance experience. He is responsible for bid management, construction oversight and contract compliance in accordance with HUD, federal, state and local regulations.
Adam Stanley, HQS Inspector
Adam joined our team in 2022. Adam came to us as a local business owner with 17+ years of building and apartment maintenance experience. Adam is dedicated to keeping our properties safe and up to good standards for our tenants.
Angela Richard, Fiscal Officer
Angela started working with the Housing Authority in 2008. She began her WHA career as a coordinator and was promoted in 2015 to our Coordinator for Housing. She has done an outstanding job at assisting our tenants and landlords. Recently she was promoted to our Accounting Department as our Financial Director.
Kasie Pellerin, HCV Program Supervisor
Kasie has been with WHA since 2012. She started as the Administrative Coordinator then became the HCV Program Assistant. More recently, she has stepped into the role of the HCV Program Supervisor. She oversees the Housing Choice Voucher Program at WHA. She has developed a great deal of housing knowledge over the years.
Valerie Paulette, Administrative Coordinator
Valerie joined the WHA in 2020. She is the Admin for our Reception area. She is dedicated to keeping the office directed and staff requests organized. Valerie is a wonderful addition to our office family.
Heidi Otis, Property Manager
Jodi Poulliot, HCV Program Assistant
Jodi began working at WHA in 2018. She began as a full time staff member assisting the tenants for Section 8 Programs. Jodi brings with her a great deal of housing knowledge from her previous employment at Keene NH Housing Authority.
Lisen Chesley, RSC, Resident Service Coordinator
Lisen helps residents in obtaining the services they require to maintain independence, self-sufficiency, and life satisfaction. She assists with helping find desired services, coordinating community-building activities, resident problem solving, and crisis intervention. She has an awesome cheerful spirit and is always willing to help residents and other staff!
Judy Goodell, LIHTC Manager
Judy began working at the WHA in 2015 managing our Tax Credit Properties, Cascades in Oakland, Pleasant Crossing, and Merici Woods in Waterville. Judy has extensive experience in property management and tenant relations. Judy enjoys her property management responsibilities and working with the tenants.
Karen Howard, Housing Specialist
Karen Howard is our newest staff member. She joined WHA In January 2022 taking over the Occupancy Specialist position. She comes to us with two years experience in housing. She is very excited to start this new chapter and work with this great group of people.
Sean Carey, Maintenance Supervisor
Sean has been with the WHA since . Sean brings a great deal of mechanics and maintenance experience. He directs the maintenance staff in day-to-day operations and assures housing standards and safety is achieved for all tenants.
Maple, Former WHA Office Dog
Maple was with us since she was just a puppy. Maple came to work every day with her tail wagging. We wish Maple, her owner & family the best in their endeavors.
