Meet Our Friendly Staff

Diane Townsend, Executive Director

Diane has been the Executive Director since 2008. She joined us from the Maine State Housing Authority. Diane is dedicated to providing community assistance for affordable housing. She has a gowing family and enjoys outside activities with her family. Some of her passions outside of work are Alpacas and farming.

Greg Wilson, Mechanic Supervisor

Greg has been with the WHA since 2005. Greg brings a great deal of mechanic and maintence experience. He directs the maintenace staff in day to day operations and assures housing standards and safety is acheived for all tenants. Greg enjoys many outdoor activites including fishing. 

Todd Buckmore, HQS Inspector

Todd joined our team in 2016 in our Maintenance Department. In 2018 Todd started his new position as an Inspector. Todd is dedicated to keeping our properties safe and up to good standards for our tenants.

Angela Richard, Financial Director

Angela started working with the Housing Authority in 2008. She began her WHA career as a coordinator and was promoted in 2015 to our Coordinator for Housing. She has done an out standing job at assisting our tenants and landlords. Recently she was promoted to our Accounting Department as our Financial Director. Angela also has a growing family and enjoys many outside activities with her family. Some of her outside interests are bicycling and her pets.

Kasie Pellerin, HCV Program Supervisor

Kasie began at WHA as a temp approximately 7 years ago. She began as a full time permanent staff member in 2012. She is our Administrative Coordinator assisting Section 8 tenants. She has developed a great deal of housing knowledge. Outside of work Kasie enjoys spending time with her new baby and finance.

Valerie Paulette, Administrative Coordinator

Valerie is our newest staff member. She joined the WHA in 2020. She is the Admin for our Reception area. She is dedicated to keeping the office directed and staff requests organized. Valerie is a wonderful addition to our office family. 

Nathan Smart, Program Manager

Nate joined the WHA in 2009. Previously Nate managed many residential properties, including his own rental properties. Nate has a very thorough understanding of housing standards. Nate is commited to tenant and community assistance. Nate enjoys spending time with his growing family and participating in outdoor sports.

Jodi Poulliot, HCV Program Assistant

Jodi began at working at WHA in 2018 . She began as a full time staff member assisting the tenants for Section 8 Programs. Jodi brings with her a great deal of housing knowledge from her previous employment at Keene NH Housing Authority. Jodi has two growing children. 

Judy Goodell, LIHTC Manager

Judy began working at the WHA in 2015 managing our Tax Credit Properites, Cascades in Oakland and Pleasant Crossing n Waterville. Judy has extensive experience in property management and tenant relations. Judy enjoys her property management responsibilities and working with the tenants. Judy has a grown familiy and enjoys spending time with her family on her days off. 

Tina Carter, Housing Specialist

Tina began working with Waterville Housing as a temp assisting with paperless document management. In 2010 joined WHA as a permanent full time staff member. She is a wonderful asset for our Public Housing tenants. Tina is dedicated to her tenants and to providing the best housing possible for them. Some of Tina's interests are her family and pets. She provides a wonderful home to her pets. Tina has grown children and several grandchildren that she cherishes.
